Privacy notice

This notice explains how Switch Cloudhub collects and uses personal data when you browse switch-cloudhub.digital, send the contact form, or enrol in a programme. It should be read with our cookies page.

Data controller

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, optional topic, and message. From enrolment (off this site, by invoice): billing name, organisation, payment references, and attendance notes. From the website: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept only as long as needed for security and diagnostics. If you accept analytics cookies, we may also see aggregated page-read statistics. Rejecting cookies does not block the site.

We do not ask for national ID numbers on this website. We do not buy marketing lists.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, to run programmes you enrol in, to issue invoices, to keep alumni hours workable, to secure the site, and to meet Thai accounting and tax record duties. Legal bases, depending on the activity, include your request to enter a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small teaching studio, consent for optional analytics, and legal obligation for financial records.

Retention

Contact-form notes are kept for 24 months unless they become part of an enrolment file. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for at least five years to satisfy Thai bookkeeping expectations, then deleted or archived in reduced form. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Cookie consent stored in your browser remains until you clear it or we change the storage key.

Anonymised teaching copies of student memos, if retained, have names removed. You may ask us to destroy your identifiable copy after the cohort.

Your rights

Subject to Thai personal data law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of data we hold about you. You may withdraw analytics consent without affecting tuition or site access. You may object to processing that relies on legitimate interests. Write to info@switch-cloudhub.digital. We aim to respond within thirty days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

International transfers

Our studio is in Thailand. Hosting, email, or font and image providers may process limited data outside Thailand (for example, when a browser loads Google Fonts or an Unsplash image). Where we use such processors, we look for contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer. We do not sell personal data. We do not use student catalogues as a transfer vehicle for other companies’ marketing.

Sharing

We share data with payment and accounting providers when you pay an invoice, with guest operators only when you consent to a named critique, and with authorities if Thai law requires it. We do not share contact-form contents with advertisers.

Children

Programmes are aimed at working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
