Reviews from people who already had a catalogue to defend.

These notes reference real modules. We kept one reservation in almost every block. If you only want applause, the alumni board on the wall is more flattering than this page.

Checkout Friction Mapping finally made our OTP wait visible as a drop, not a “technical issue.” I would not send a junior who still needs Excel basics.

The live-commerce window exercise in Live Basket Intelligence is the only class I have reused with my own team. The Saturday lab food is indifferent; come fed.

Siri · Phuket

We joined Thai Mobile Spend Patterns hoping for a nationwide dashboard. Nalinee refused. She made us split Isan COD from Bangkok late-night live. That refusal was the useful part.

App-to-Till Attribution taught a join key that survives missing loyalty IDs. The room was colder than it needed to be and the Rama 4 traffic after 19:00 is its own homework.

Retention After First Purchase stopped us counting push opens as love. I still think the 21-day COD gap module could have used a second dataset besides fashion.

Women’s apparel, Bangkok: COD refusal after a live sale

A Pathumwan label ran a 90-minute live and watched paid-in-app look healthy while the warehouse logged refusals the next afternoon. Two Atelier Seat alumni rebuilt the funnel using module 05 of Live Basket Intelligence. They found the stall was not the host’s script; it was the size-exchange promise made verbally and never written into the checkout state.

The memo they pinned above packing was 180 words. Returns on that drop fell enough that the buyer agreed to stop promising free exchanges on air. They still argue that the studio dataset under-represents petite sizing — a fair complaint we have not fully fixed.

Regional grocery: festival traffic that was not intent

A chain outside the BTS map treated Songkran session spikes as conversion wins. After Thai Mobile Spend Patterns, the in-house desk split festival browse from paid-order cohorts. Most of the “lift” evaporated. What remained was a small, stubborn COD lane in three provinces that the national dashboard had averaged away.

They did not hire us afterwards. They did send a silent observer under an Observatory Desk seat the following season. That is the relationship we prefer: a desk that can argue with us.
