Terms of use

These terms govern your use of switch-cloudhub.digital and your enrolment in Switch Cloudhub programmes taught from Pathumwan, Bangkok. By browsing this site or confirming a seat you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or request an invoice.

Acceptance and changes

We may update these terms when a programme format or a legal requirement in Thailand changes. The date at the foot of this page is the effective date. Continued use of the site after a change counts as acceptance. Enrolment already invoiced remains under the terms in force on the invoice date unless a change is required by law.

The website is informational

Course descriptions, fees, and schedules on this site are informational. They are not an offer that can be accepted by clicking. A contract for tuition exists only when we send a written confirmation and invoice and you pay according to that invoice. This site does not process payments or run a checkout.

Student obligations

You must provide accurate contact details, attend with enough attention to complete the weekly memo, and refrain from recording guest operators without their consent. Datasets used in class are redacted and licensed only for studio use. You may not republish them, sell them, or treat them as your employer’s production data.

Intellectual property

Syllabi, memos we distribute, slide-less teaching notes, and the Switch Cloudhub name remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use class materials for your own work inside your organisation. You do not receive a licence to teach our modules commercially, to clone the site, or to present our datasets as your research product.

Work you create during a critique (your own memos about your catalogue) remains yours. We may keep an anonymised copy for teaching quality, unless you ask us in writing to destroy it after the cohort.

Conduct

We may refuse or end a seat if a participant harasses others, records a visiting merchandiser in secret, or uses the studio to solicit unrelated services during class. Fees in that case follow the refund policy.

Liability

Teaching is opinionated craft, not a guarantee of commercial results. We are not liable for lost sales, failed festival campaigns, or employment decisions you make after a cohort. To the fullest extent permitted under the law of Thailand, our aggregate liability arising from a programme is limited to the tuition actually paid for that programme.

The website is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free pages, or that third-party image hosts will remain reachable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where Thai law does not allow such a limit.

Third-party services

Fonts, images, and any analytics tools we use are provided by others. Their terms apply to those services. See also our privacy and cookies pages.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before filing, we ask that you write to info@switch-cloudhub.digital so we can try to settle the matter at the Rama 4 desk.
